Who: Thomas and EVERYONE!
What: Grand opening of the Seven-Fold City's first Coiffure Cup
When: mid to late Oct, afternoon all the way through the evening
Where: City of Tomorrow, the Hotel Pensicola across the street from the salon as well as IN the salon
Notes & Warnings:None so far
It'd taken a little while longer than he'd hoped to get things together, an unfortunate plumbing accident delaying things considerably, but here he was. Here they were. The salon slash coffee shop was all done, the magazines were stocked, he'd managed to hire on a number of fabulous stylists and a couple of really good baristas and he was ready to go.
Thankfully, though he'd made the preparations ahead of time, they'd been flexible enough not to give him too much guff when he'd had to delay the party. The alcohol, as furnished by the Corvid, would provide alcohol for every palette including the inhuman ones, and the food had been brought in from Carmichael's to make sure everyone would be satisfied.
Most of the party was over at the hotel, of course: the music, most of the food, the alcohol, the dance floor. But the salon was also open, offering free hair styling (with a sign up sheet) as well as coffee and a few baked goods.
All in all, both places looked (he thought) pretty great and he was honestly proud of the outcome. He could only hope business would be good enough here to make up for the damn expense...
