WHO: Sam Wilson and Kurloz Makara
WHAT: setting some boundaries and ground rules
WHEN: back dated to some time after this
WHERE: Sam's apartment in the City of Tomorrow

Admittedly, inviting the kid to stay with him while he was in the City of Tomorrow was a little impulsive - all right, a lot impulsive - but Sam doesn't regret it. Kurloz is strange, sure, but his enthusiasm is pretty damn great to be around, and his rambling curiosity is endearing. There's moments when he almost reminds Sam of Riley, when he was really excited about something, but it's just different enough that it's a fondness instead of painful.
Still, though, if they're gonna be staying together for a bit, there's definitely some things that they need to hash out. Sam's a big proponent of communication.
